Usability Test Facilitation

I can train development teams to conduct their own usability tests. I provide this training after I've conducted a usability workshop, when people have already seen me conduct usability tests for the product.

The half-day training session covers the following topics:

• Task design
• The roles and responsibilities of the test facilitator
• How to manage observers
• A practice session
• User recruitment, including samples of a confirmation letter and consent form

I can also customize the training if there are additional topics the development team would like to cover.

E-commerce Tutorial

I am currently developing a one-day tutorial on e-commerce usability, based on the results from dozens of e-commerce usability tests I have conducted. Please contact me for the latest information about when this tutorial will be available.
